Our Members
CCDA is an association of affordable housing developers and community development corporations working to rebuild communities and revitalize neighborhoods throughout the city of Camden. CCDA’s member organizations include Camden Lutheran Housing, Inc., Heart of Camden, Parkside Business and Community in Partnership, St. Joseph’s Carpenter Society, Coopers Ferry Partnership, and the Cooper Foundation. we’re involved in. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
What We Offer
CCDA’s member organizations have built or rehabilitated more than 2,000 affordable units in the city, as well as numerous other economic and community development initiatives including gardens, office buildings, retail space and community facilities.

Helping Black, Latino, and other small business owners in neighborhood commercial corridors to survive and thrive during COVID 19 pandemic.

Attract investors for Camden Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit projects

Identify sources of revenue to capitalize on opportunities to finance CCDA member projects.

Promote CCDA member organizations' priorities to state and local officials.

Build partnerships with other organizations to address the needs of Camden's residents
